Download RruGO from the App Store or Google Play. Continue with email, Google or Apple ID.
Enter your first name, last name and city. Add a photo so drivers and passengers recognise you.
Get a code by SMS or WhatsApp and enter it. Your number is never shown to passengers.
In Rides, choose Find rides, enter where you leave from, your destination and the date, then tap Search rides.
Compare the time, price, free seats and the driver's rating. The green check means a verified ID.
Open the ride and tap Reserve. On some rides you send a request and the driver accepts it. Each tap books one seat.
In Rides, choose Post ride. Enter where you leave from and your destination.
Pick the date and time, how many seats are free and the price per seat. You can repeat it on several days.
Review the summary, choose your car and whether you approve each booking yourself. Tap Post.
After booking, tap Contact driver to agree on the meeting point. Phone numbers are not shared.
When a booking is accepted, a group chat with the driver and the other passengers opens automatically.
Never pay the driver in advance. The group chat is deleted when the ride ends. You can report and block someone from the chat header.
Open My rides and find the booking under Booked. Tap the three dots on the ride card.
Choose Cancel seat and confirm with Yes. The driver is notified. You can cancel up to 30 minutes before departure.
When the ride ends, the app asks how it went. Choose 1 to 5 stars and add a comment if you like.
You can also rate later with the Rate button on the ride. Pick what went well or what could have been better.
In the ride, tap the driver or passenger and choose Report user. This is available once the ride has ended. In a chat you can also report with the flag.
Pick what happened, add details and send it. Our team reviews every report.
